BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

Barns is a 2-piece band with a simple stage setup.  It’s rock music.

David sings lead vocals up front and plays guitar. The guitar signal is split using an AB/Y pedal and goes to both a Guitar Amp and a Bass Amp (using an Octave Pedal). This approach gives the sound some low end.

Dan plays the drums and sings/shouts backup vocals. He brings his own cymbals and kick pedal.

We are not particular about monitors, microphone configuration, or vocal effects and prefer to leave specifics up to the discretion of the venue and the sound person.

A typical Barns song is 2 minutes long and a set may contain 15 to 20 songs. There is some banter between music. It is a high-energy set.
